Founded a medical device company at 27 years old, maintaining a leading position for 10 years with a cohesive team of 28 people. Achieved distribution agreements in over 10 countries, distributing over 10,000 products and generating around 1 million euros in revenue for 2 consecutive years.
Launched 10 Hardware-Software products to the Medical and veterinary market. Currently Product Manager at Avantio in the Travel Tech / B2B connectivity area.

Manage three core products in the B2B connectivity area (Travel Tech). Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, defining roadmaps and prioritizing based on business impact. Coordinate with technical and business teams to align KPIs, resulting in reduced onboarding time for integrations and improved API traceability.

Formulated the business strategy for the medical market in more than 5 countries. • Negotiated B2B contracts that doubled income in 2019 (400K€ → 800K€). • Assembled a five-person sales team; extended distribution to 10+ countries. • Directed 15+ trade fairs worldwide (Dubai, Florida, …). • Secured major new accounts and maintained strong stakeholder relationships. Tools: MailChimp, Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Zoho Suite.
Developed a portion of the first electronic product and established supplier contacts for manufacturing while gauging market interest. In less than a year, launched a hardware-software product for the veterinary market.
R&D on SmartGrid to implement into a SmartCity project.
